Working with Cheri was amazing. She went above and beyond to get my home ready to sell. She found contractors and kept me informed through the whole process and was very transparent with everything that was happening. She coordinated needed repairs and sent updates as to where the contractors were and sent receipts when the work was done. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone trying to buy or sell a house. I also used her in the past to buy a house. She does anything she can to make the process move smoothly with as little stress to the client as possible.
